About Us

Solomon’s Word Theatre Initiative was founded in July 2015. With the vision of Rickey Solomon, partnered with the business drive from Carl Felton III, an organization was birthed that would inspire a generation of inner-city youth, and electrify audiences in theaters throughout the Maryland, D.C., & Virginia area. 

We have a unique culture at Solomon’s Word that is built on family and level leadership. We believe that the best way to achieve a high level of success is through investing in our team and cast members with the focus of achieving one goal…to inspire a generation through performing arts. 

We  have received numerous notable state and local recognition for our community involvement and philanthropy work. Within the first three years they were able to provide over 45 acting and performing jobs in the Baltimore/D.C. area.
